Jonathan Gleason

Based in Palo Alto, Jonathan leads our Hardware and IoT practice and co-leads RRA's Venture Talent Group. He focuses on board and C-suite projects for "deep-tech" hardware companies in a broad range of end markets where autonomy, connectivity, manufacturing, and tech come together in novel ways. He's worked on founder-succession and C-suite buildouts for growth-stage businesses as well as leadership global tech and industrial manufacturers seeking to drive transformation through leadership.

Jonathan has spent his entire career in Silicon Valley. He joined Russell Reynolds Associates from global technology law firm Gunderson Dettmer, where he held a series of senior operating roles and managed the firm's captive venture capital fund. He began his career at Gunderson after an early life crisis in motorsports.
