Jordan M. Frantz

Based in Boston, Jordan brings experience in board, CEO, and general counsel searches, C-suite assessment, board effectiveness, and C-suite and board succession planning.

Previously, Jordan was a senior associate at Tapestry Networks, a corporate governance firm that provides peer learning opportunities for public-company directors. He worked closely with directors and Big Four audit and advisory leaders and wrote on a range of US and European corporate governance topics, focusing on audit committees. Before that, he practiced law at Axiom Law and at the Boston-based law firm Sullivan & Worcester. He has significant legal experience in mergers and acquisitions, other corporate and commercial real estate transactions, commercial litigation, and labor and employment matters.

Jordan served on the Board of Directors of Minds Matter Boston, a nonprofit mentoring program that connects driven and determined students from low-income families with the people, preparation, and possibilities to succeed in college.
