Julia Budd
Julia Budd is a senior advisor to boards and CEOs. Based in London, she specializes in chair, CEO, and non-executive director searches and board succession planning.

Previously, Julia co-founded The Zygos Partnership, which became part of Russell Reynolds Associates in 2017. Earlier in her career, she led the board practice of another leading international executive search firm, where she focused on chair and non-executive director appointments for more than 15 years.
Prior to her executive search career, Julia was a Senior Consultant with Bain & Company.
Julia holds a BA in experimental psychology with statistics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD in Paris. She is Chair of the British Racing School and Chair of the Racing Foundation. She was previously Deputy Senior Steward (Deputy Chair) of The Jockey Club and a member of the UK Government's Professional and Business Services Council.
