Justin Lund

Justin Lund is a middle-market technology leader, who focuses on serving clients across the growth curve in the technology and consumer sectors. His expertise lies in partnering with venture capital and private equity firms to recruit senior talent across the C-Suite for their portfolio companies.

In addition to working with multi-time CEOs and business leaders, he has deep experience assisting founding CEOs as they build their executive management teams. Based in Miami, he specializes in advising rapidly growing organizations and has executed searches across all disciplines, with majors in sales and marketing, as well as product and engineering.

Justin joined Russell Reynolds Associates following RRA’s acquisition of Savage Partners, a boutique executive search firm that served middle-market growth equity-backed software businesses. A cofounding partner, he helped build the firm’s people, processes and market-leading reputation over a 15-year period.
