Kate Scott specializes in the recruitment and assessment of CEOs, Board Directors and other senior-level executives for healthcare organizations and leads the firm’s integrated delivery network practice. 

Based in Boston, Kate has conducted searches for health systems, national and regional payer organizations, healthcare technology and private equity portfolio companies. She has an extensive track record of advising healthcare executive leadership teams and boards of directors, focusing on a strategic and consultive approach with her clients.

Kate brings fifteen years of healthcare experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates from The Advisory Board Company. There, Kate was a partner to hundreds of senior executives on health system strategy, consumer engagement, revenue cycle and population health management. In her final role, she served as Principal of Strategic Accounts and was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships at the C-suite level of multi-billion dollar health systems.
