Kenny Dougherty

Kenny focuses on executive assignments in corporate affairs, communications, marketing and government relations. Based in Washington, D.C., she works with clients on a variety of corporate officers and social impact search and advisory needs. Recent work has included chief communications officer, chief marketing and communications officer and senior government relations searches for Social Impact and Education organizations and corporations ranging from global Fortune 500 to private equity.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Kenny was with another large, international search firm as a member of the global technology practice. She brings more than 10 years of executive recruiting and human resources experience across the technology and asset management industries. She spent two years with Blackbaud, a cloud software company serving the social good sector, where she worked in executive recruiting and competitive intelligence research. She started her career at Viking Global Investors, a global hedge fund, as a member of the human resources team focused on senior-level recruitment, employee engagement and corporate philanthropy initiatives.
