Kerynne Metherell

Kerynne Metherell advises clients as a core member of the firm's Board & CEO Advisory Partners. She specializes in chairman, non-executive director and CEO appointments across a range of business sectors, with a particular focus on CEO succession and transition, performance assessments, digital and sustainability roles, and broader leadership advisory and coaching work. Kerynne is based in London. 

Kerynne joined Russell Reynolds Associates upon the firm's acquisition of The Zygos Partnership. She has over ten years of executive search experience and, previously, worked as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman and a leadership coach, developing executive talent and building effective senior teams. She began her executive search career at another leading international search firm, where she worked with senior clients on board-level talent identification and assessment. Prior to joining the search industry, Kerynne had a career in international business, at Glaxo Pharmaceuticals and then The Coca-Cola Company in Hong Kong. Post her MBA, she led the business development and strategy functions at AOL Europe and then Channel 4, where she delivered two major strategic transformation programs.
