Laetitia Jerabek supports financial services boards and executive committees to hire leaders in wealth, retail, and SME financial services and FinTech businesses. Based in London, Laetitia works with Plc, private equity, and venture-backed businesses, leading engagements with wealth management businesses and fast-growing, tech-led businesses, including challenger banks, specialist lenders, FinTechs, WealthTechs, and InsurTechs. Additionally, she has worked with various Plc and privately owned organizations on the assessment and development of internal leaders.
As well as hiring CEOs and General Managers, Laetitia has a superb track record of making successful hires for executive positions including Chief Risk Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Corporate Affairs, and Marketing, as well as high-profile non-executive director appointments.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Laetitia worked for another global search firm, where she served as the EMEA market leader, focused on executive search assignments in the consumer and commercial banking spaces. Earlier in her career, Laetitia worked in-house at TSB Bank, focusing on executive recruitment and talent planning. She also worked in international sales and marketing roles.
A strong advocate for diversity, Laetitia is a previous Global Co-President of Russell Reynolds’ Women's Inclusion Network and is a Diversity Leadership Council Member of The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC). She is also the sponsor of the Invisible Differences Network in the Russell Reynolds London office.
