Lawrence Kenny

Lawrence Kenny focuses on senior executive search and leadership and assessment assignments for public companies, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies.  Based in Atlanta, Lawrence recruits CEOs, CFOs and board members for clients working in the consulting, systems integration, BPO and outsourcing sectors.

Recent assignments include the recruitment of a CEO for a global outsourced customer relationship management service, the CEO and CFO of an information services company, and multiple senior roles for a leading global consulting provider.

Lawrence also led the assessment of the top 28 executives for a private equity-owned global software company. Lawrence has been with Russell Reynolds since 2007. Before that, he spent 25 years in management consulting with IBM Global Services, PwC and Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. At IBM, Lawrence was the general manager of the company’s global telecommunications industry business. He joined IBM through its acquisition of PwC’s consulting division, where he was the global telecoms leader.
