Maggie brings a unique understanding of how leadership, teamwork, and social dynamics converge to her work. She regularly taps into these insights to design, lead, and implement programs while providing overall management for her client engagements. Maggie is recognized for her collaborative approach, building meaningful relationships, and finding creative ways to meet client objectives through program design.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Maggie was a process consultant with Nvolv Partners. Additionally, she has experience creating and implementing programs, communications, cross-cultural teamwork, and leadership, as well as planning and delivering events to raise funds and awareness.

Maggie holds a BA in Sociology with a focus on Global Health from Colorado College in Colorado Springs. She has lived in Mumias, Kenya, while working for the Western Organization for People Living with HIV/AIDS (WOPLAH) and spent time in Northern India with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).

Maggie and her wife reside in Chicago, during college, Maggie co-led a summer intern program at the Western Organization for People Living with HIV/AIDS (WOPLAH). The team conducted research, created educational tools, and designed a monitoring program for the organization. She also served on the board and as co-president of the Colorado College Chapter of GlobeMed—a student-led global health organization.

Maggie is passionate about Maternal and Child Health and is a certified a certified—although no longer practicing—birth doula and has volunteered at hospitals in various Neonatal ICU’s and Mom & Baby Units.
