Maja Sjåtil is a part of the firm’s Industrial and Private Capital practices. Based in Oslo, she conducts searches for Boards and Chairs, C-suite succession planning, and executive search.

Maja leverages her diverse advisory experience to help companies search for their next executive-level corporate officer across functions, including human resources, corporate affairs, communications and legal.

Maja has spent several years working with organizational and leadership development and executive recruitment with prominent Norwegian companies. Previously, Maja was responsible for leadership recruitment in a major Nordic media group. She has also worked several years as an advisor in the Norwegian Central Bank.

Maja holds a MSc in International Political Economy from London School of Economics and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Oslo.
