Marcy designs and oversees tailored solutions for difficult leadership challenges such as accelerating senior executive and organization growth and transition and predicting the next generation C-suite. She is especially passionate about helping leaders to understand their culture, on its own terms – and to choose purposeful actions that will shape and evolve it. She works as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across sectors, leveraging her more than 20 years of leadership, strategy and organization effectiveness consulting.
In addition, she has played a lead role in driving growth and innovation in leadership advisory within Russell Reynolds Associates including in the development of the firm’s proprietary senior leadership competency model and in the evolution of its culture advisory approach. Marcy works with clients across industries, functions and geographies and has experience across multiple contexts including transactions, private equity, and business model change. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Marcy created and led the Organization Effectiveness function at the University of Chicago working with senior leaders to solve long-standing issues. She also spent 10 years as a strategy and organization effectiveness consultant at Towers Perrin where she advised clients across sectors.
