Based in Austin, she has the privilege of fostering community and curating meaningful connections for C-suite executives and board members.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Marla spent a decade in private equity and investment banking, living in London, Toronto, Houston, and Calgary. Notably, she was seconded to advise the CEO and CFO of one of her firm's largest US private equity investments, before returning to Texas and joining Russell Reynolds.
