Maxime Légeret

Jointly based in Zurich and Geneva, Maxime partners with clients across the financial services sector to identify, recruit, and develop their leadership team. Thanks to a combined experience in private banking and strategy consulting, he is able to bring unique insights and industry expertise when advising his clients on their most pressing people and leadership challenges.

Maxime joined Russell Reynolds from UBS where he was a Director in the strategy & business development team. In this role, he acted as a trusted advisor to UBS leadership, supporting the development and implementation of the Global Wealth Management Division’s strategic priorities. Before UBS he also worked for several years as a private banker for Credit Suisse, providing financial advice to key clients in Europe and the Middle East.
