As a change strategist and coach, Melissa partners with CEOs and their executive teams to help drive their transformation agendas. She has worked with leading global enterprises across multiple industries with differing maturity levels—from start-ups to established Fortune 500 companies. Melissa excels in designing programs and interventions, facilitating processes, engaging and aligning teams, and framing opportunities and challenges. She is passionate about serving through meaningful work, maintaining curiosity, and building connections—three of her core values.

Before joining Russell Reynolds, Melissa was a co-founder of a boutique consulting firm, Nvolv, where she worked with leaders and their teams on strategic goals that included creating and evolving culture, developing world-class talent, aligning teams, managing corporate growth, and enhancing operational efficiency. In addition to her consulting and executive coaching work at Nvolv, she also was responsible for marketing and business development.

Melissa received a BA in Business from Texas A&M University, where she was a member of the Fellows Program, and earned her MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago. She is also a graduate of the Hudson Coach Certification Program from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well as ICF membership.
