Melissa Thomas

As a change strategist and coach, Melissa partners with CEOs and their executive teams to help drive their transformation agendas. She has worked with leading global enterprises across multiple industries with differing maturity levels—from start-ups to established Fortune 500 companies. Melissa excels in designing programs and interventions, facilitating processes, engaging and aligning teams, and framing opportunities and challenges. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Melissa was a co-founder of a boutique consulting firm, Nvolv, where she worked with leaders and their teams on strategic goals that included creating and evolving culture, developing world-class talent, aligning teams, managing corporate growth, and enhancing operational efficiency. In addition to her consulting and executive coaching work at Nvolv, she also was responsible for marketing and business development.
