She helps leaders across industries to assess leadership effectiveness and strengthen organizational growth.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Penny was an Org Specialist at McKinsey, advising leaders on culture transformation, org design and top team effectiveness by leveraging data-driven org diagnostics insights.
Penny holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Massey University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Statistics from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
