Peter Gramkov

Peter Gramkov focuses on senior-level CEO and boardroom assignments. He brings extensive experience in executive search and assessment work internally and across functions. Based in Copenhagen, Peter has been leading the business operations in Denmark for Russell Reynolds Associates since 2014, and is currently a member of our LEAP board, advising on promotions and development across the firm. Previously, he was a member of the global executive committee from 2015-2018.

Since joining, Peter has now recruited close to 400 executives and is an expert within different ownership structures, from family and trust owned to publicly quoted, foundation to private equity owned companies. Peter has almost 25 years of executive search and leadership assessment experience, advising clients locally and abroad.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he worked on the major account sales team for Compaq, now Hewlett-Packard, in Denmark.
