Rebecca Hart is a seasoned advisor specializing in C-suite and CEO succession planning, executive assessment, and leadership development. Working at the intersection of leadership strategy and organizational culture, Rebecca excels in aligning executive capabilities with business objectives. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Rebecca spent seven years with a boutique leadership advisory firm. There, she supported management team assessments and due diligence across various industries, addressing the dynamic human capital needs of private equity investors. Her work encompassed organizational assessment, leadership and team development, succession planning, organizational design, and enhancing employee engagement.

Rebecca holds a BA in communications/public relations from the University of South Carolina and a master’s in hospitality management with a concentration in real estate and finance from Cornell University.
