Rob Sherry

Based in Atlanta, Rob Sherry advises leaders across private capital, infrastructure, power, and utility companies. He partners with leading alternative asset management firms, renewable energy platforms, Fortune 100 industrial companies, and other organizations looking for leaders who can navigate the energy transition. He works with these clients to find and assess investment professionals, CEOs, management teams, and their direct reports.

Rob uses his leadership experience as a US Army Officer and management consultant to advise his clients on their emerging leadership opportunities.

Rob joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Deloitte’s strategy and analytics practice. Prior to Deloitte, Rob was a Captain and Airborne Ranger in the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. As an army officer, Rob served in various strategic and operational roles across Afghanistan and the US.
