Sanchit Jain

Sanchit is a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging his consulting skillset to help them recruit, develop, and assess critical talent for their leadership teams. Based in New Delhi, he specializes in serving clients across the technology officers and technology business domain. He also works extensively with global companies across sectors looking to setup GIC / GCC in India.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sanchit worked at McKinsey & Company, where he spent five years as a management consultant. Over the course of his career, he has led global teams on consulting engagements in markets like India, UK, US, and Japan.

He was active in the technology services and renewable energy sectors, working on cross-cutting topics like business strategy, growth transformations, post merger management, and advanced analytics enabled solutioning. He also completed a short-term rotation as a Solution Leader with SparkBeyond, an Israel-headquartered startup, helping scale their AI-driven analytics platform across McKinsey's clients. Sanchit has also worked in the Advanced Research division of Samsung Electronics in India.
