Sara Sharpe

Sara Sharpe is a senior member of the Healthcare Services and Healthcare Technology Practices at Russell Reynolds Associates. She specializes in CEO, board, and other senior-level executive searches for private equity and venture capital portfolio companies, payor organizations, integrated delivery networks, and healthcare technology companies. As co-leader of the firm’s Healthcare Services Private Equity Practice, Sara has recently completed CEO and other commercial leadership searches on behalf of mid-market and large-cap portfolio companies across multi-site physician services and tech-enabled payor, provider, and employer services.

Sara joined Russell Reynolds from the Advisory Board Company, a leading healthcare consulting and technology firm with more than 3,000 hospital and health system clients. Throughout her tenure, Sara worked closely with and advised senior executives on issues ranging from health system strategy to data-driven clinical performance improvement. Most recently, she served as associate director of strategic accounts and was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior health system executives. Sara has also worked in government relations for a national think tank.
