Scott is a senior member of the firm's global Leadership Advisory team. Scott brings more than 30 years of leadership consulting and human resources expertise, having worked as a trusted advisor on senior executive performance, transformational leadership, and succession management. He has led globally diverse teams to deliver strategic initiatives ranging from large-scale enterprise transformation programs to personally coaching numerous C-suite leaders and their potential successors. Given his broad experiences in management consulting and HR, Scott's industry and functional experience spans nearly all business sectors and functional roles.

Scott spent more than a decade at PepsiCo and was a Human Resources executive who focused on talent management and organizational development. He had responsibility for leading the entire talent management lifecycle, including leadership development programs, succession planning efforts, talent retention, and analytics initiatives for more than 27,000 professional employees. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years with Accenture in the firm’s talent management consulting practice. There he worked directly with clients’ senior leadership teams to design and drive transformation initiatives.

Scott received his BBA, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, in organizational behavior and business policy from Southern Methodist University. Scott is currently pursuing a juris doctor degree so he can focus his post-career time on providing pro bono support to families with children who have special needs. He also sits on a non-profit board whose mission is to provide education, and support to children with Type1 Diabetes.
