Spencer Burch

Spencer Burch is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Sector, where he specializes in the biotech and pharmaceutical space. He works closely with emerging growth biotech organizations, as well as multinational pharmaceutical companies, around both business and R&D oriented roles. Spencer is also a core member of the Digital Health Practice, where he advises traditional healthcare organizations on innovation and digital transformation, as well as high growth, disruptive startups. Based in Boston, he partners with boards and executive teams to recruit, assess and advise top talent for industry leaders.

Spencer joined Russell Reynolds Associates more than eight years ago in the research function, where he supported advisory services and executive search assignments across the Healthcare Sector. He has worked on a variety of projects, advising clients on the recruitment of independent board directors, CEOs and venture capital partners, as well as a range of senior-level executive roles across the commercial, business development and R&D functions.
