Stella works closely with publicly listed and privately held companies specializing in chair, non-executive director, and senior executive appointments. Based in Oslo, Stella works across sectors including technology, industrial, and renewable energy businesses. She is passionate about understanding clients’ specific business culture and needs.
Stella joined Russell Reynolds Associates when board and CEO-advisory firm, The Zygos Partnership, became part of the company in 2017. Previously, she worked for a London-based boutique firm specializing in the not-for-profit sector.
Stella received her BA in Sociology from the University of Essex and an MA in Human Rights and International Politics from City University London.
