Stephan Veen

Stephan Veen partners with clients across the financial services industry to connect them with strong leaders with a growth and learning mindset. Based in Amsterdam, he brings years of experience in financial services, searching best-fit board members, CEOs, executives and advising companies on leadership development.

Stephan works on executive searches for clients across the financial services space, including banking, insurance, pension funds, asset management, fintech, and private equity.

Previously, Stephan was a consultant in the financial services practice of another global executive search firm.

Before that, Stephan spent 20 years at Rabobank in various senior-level roles, most recently as a board member and managing director in the corporate clients practice. He began his career as a professional field hockey player and is a two-time gold Olympic medalist.
