Based in London, Steven has a particular focus on advising private equity and growth equity firms and their portfolio companies. He partners with clients on search, assessment, and advisory topics across the enterprise technology ecosystem. Steven has extensive experience advising on CEO succession, board of directors and critical appointments in the C-suite.

Steven also advises private equity and growth equity investment teams globally on a range of pre-deal and post-acquisition activities.

Steven joined Russell Reynolds from a boutique leadership consulting firm, where he was a member of the TMT practice, specializing in supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He began his career in law.
