Thomas Becker

Thomas Becker conducts executive and board director searches for major global organizations with a specialization in technology-related roles. Based in Frankfurt, Thomas has completed numerous high-profile searches for CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, CIOs and CDOs across industries. As a senior partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, Thomas has established himself as a leading voice to leading corporations, private equity leaders and venture capital companies. Some recent assignments include advisory work with leading global and domestic organizations. Thomas also manages our global relationship with two industry-leading technology companies.

Thomas joined us more than 20 years ago from IBM, where he held several top positions in sales, marketing and financial services. He served as director of IBM Deutschland, where he had national and international responsibility for major financial services clients.
