Thomas Spanos

Tom Spanos heads the firm’s Global Industrial Goods Practice and co-heads the Industrial Private Equity Practice in the United States. His clients range from Fortune 500 organizations to leading private equity firms.  As a senior member of the global Industrial Sector and global Private Equity Practice, Tom specializes in Board, CEO and general management assignments with additional functional expertise in operations and supply chain. He also works closely with the firm’s Leadership & Succession Practice, taking part in the assessment of senior executives.

Tom has more than 17 years of executive search, assessment and advisory experience. He is based in New York. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Tom served as an officer in the United States Army.
