Based in Frankfurt, Tobias brings over fifteen years of experience in leadership advisory services, talent analytics, and strategic Management assessment and benchmarking. He works closely with clients, coaching and advising them through executive search, personnel and leadership development, and the design and rollout of company-wide Management audits, assessments, and talent identification processes.
Previously, Tobias was a principal at Kienbaum Consultants International, a Germany-based global management consultancy, where he advised industrial, financial and professional services clients on management assessment and leadership development and effectiveness programs. In that role, he conducted top executive assessments for placement, succession, and leadership transition purposes, designed and implemented company-specific leadership frameworks, and led international consultant teams to identify global top talents.
Before that, he spent almost ten years in academia at leading German universities, the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, and the University of Arizona, where he engaged in the study and research of intellectual competence, personality and individual differences, personnel selection and other industrial and organizational psychology related topics.
