Xavier d’Aumale

Xavier d’Aumale conducts search and leadership assignments for companies across Europe. Based in Paris and Milan, Xavier works with companies in the insurance, real estate and wealth management industries. He is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Financial Services Sector and Real Estate Practice.

Xavier rejoined Russell Reynolds after serving as VP of People at BlaBlaCar, a French unicorn and leading long-distance ride-sharing company. There, he was responsible for managing talent acquisition and human capital. During his first tenure at Russell Reynolds, Xavier focused on international searches for global banking and real estate clients, splitting his time between Paris and Dubai. He began his career working in M&A at Rothschild in London.
