Yukihiro Koshiishi

Yukihiro (Yuki) Koshiishi leverages his market intelligence and leadership advisory expertise to place board directors, CEOs and executives for financial services firms, private equity firms/their portfolio companies, and Japanese corporations. Based in Tokyo, Yuki has more than 20 years of experience engaging in executive searches, global leadership, and providing assessments for Japanese and global firms. Over the course of his career, Yuki has gained an in-depth perspective and intelligence around top talent in the Japanese finance industry and “corporate Japan”. Most recently, he was a senior client partner for a global executive search firm, where he led the global financial markets business in Japan.

Previously, he was with Russell Reynolds Associates for 16 years where he conducted searches for CEOs and executive management for major Japanese and international financial institutions, private equity firms and Japanese corporations.
