Zoe Chan advises clients across industrial, financial services and healthcare industries to develop effective leaders and organizations from a holistic, data-driven and equitable lens. Based in Toronto, she brings experience in leadership and team development, C-suite succession management, DE&I advisory, cultural analytics and workforce regulation.

Previously, Zoe worked at the equity and human rights office at Queen’s University, where she led various knowledge management and training initiatives for faculty. She has also held research and teaching positions in social psychology and organizational behavior.

Zoe holds a BA in psychology and an MSc in Management with a focus on organizational behavior from Queen’s University. 
She is also certified in Hogan assessments and interpersonal mediation.
