Alexandra Ettlin partners with healthcare, consumer and industrial companies to find leaders who will drive transformation and growth. Based in Zurich, she advises clients across the industry on board, CEO and C-Level roles with deep expertise across commercial, operations and strategy. Her client work includes high-level assignments with public, private and private equity-backed companies.

Here at Russell Reynolds Associates, Alexandra works with her clients to build diverse and future-ready leadership teams. Prior to her current role, she gained experience in recruiting global leaders as part of the management team of an international economic forum.
