Amelia Reid

Based in London, Amelia leverages her deep industry experience across both the United Kingdom and the United States to assess and develop top talent for organizations of all sizes and geographies.

Amelia served as the People Director for New England Seafood, a leading private company in the food manufacturing sector, before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. In this role, she led recruitment, training, and other cultural initiatives, served on the management board, and led board effectiveness programs. Before that, Amelia led change and restructuring initiatives at Tesco Group and later served as Head of Colleague Engagement for the UK retail business. Amelia began her career at Humana, a health insurance firm based in Louisville, Kentucky, as an executive speechwriter and communications consultant.
