Amy Hayes
Amy Hayes advises the boards and CEOs of global organizations on CEO succession. She also develops CEOs and other C-suite executives as a coach.

Amy has over 20 years of executive assessment and development experience, including co-founding the global leadership and succession business at Russell Reynolds Associates.
Using her expertise in succession planning and talent development, Amy helps clients make impactful leadership decisions during times of change and advises leadership teams through transitions. She is passionate about inclusive and sustainable leadership.
As an executive coach, Amy is known for building trust with her clients, challenging their thinking, and supporting them in making meaningful and measurable behavioral changes.
Before joining Russell Reynolds, Amy worked as a management consultant and as an internal consultant at a major US retailer.
Amy received her BS, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, in psychology and her MS and Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from Virginia Tech. She has also completed a coaching certification program at Columbia University.
