Azra served as a senior leadership consultant at a global leadership advisory firm before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. In that role, she worked with senior leaders to assess their leadership needs to help them achieve their larger goals. She started her career in project management in the nonprofit space in Germany, facilitating workshops on conflict resolution and leading art initiatives with a global community of artists.
