Ben joined Russell Reynolds Associates after spending more than 10 years with a leading global people and organizational advisory firm, focusing primarily on the recruitment of senior healthcare executives. Earlier in his career, he led corporate operations teams for National City Corporation, which was later acquired by PNC Financial Services Group.
