Carmen Aguiló

Carmen Aguilo is a member of the firm’s Corporate Officers and Consumer practice. Based In Florida, she recruits executives in various industries including hospitality, leisure, retail, and private capital.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Carmen worked at Royal Caribbean Group as a manager where she played a key role in opening the executive search function, supporting the organization across brands on executive search and leadership development projects. She brings a strong human resources background and multicultural experience, including working on talent mappings and searches in the US, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and China.

Previously, she worked at NBC Universal as a member of the executive search team, and at a boutique search firm as a research associate.
