Based in Madrid, Casilda co-founded two startups aimed at digitalizing sales processes for interior designers and sports clubs. She also led the creation and development of a new business line within an established Spanish scale-up. Her career began in investment banking, where she offered strategic advice to large financial institutions and financial sponsors.
