Chen Chen works closely with multinational and Chinese clients to build effective leadership teams, using his deep experience across a range of industry sectors. Based in Shanghai, Chen has decades of experience working with leading organizations in the Chinese market.
Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Chen worked in the business development and marketing functions at leading multinational companies in Asia/China market. He started his career leading strategy, M&A and marketing communications in the personal care space for SCA and Kimberly-Clark.
Chen holds a BA in international economics from the University of International Relations in Beijing, an MSc in media and communications from the London School of Economics and an MA in global communication management from the University of Southern California.
