Emani Fenton

Emani advises clients on how to recruit, develop and retain transformative leaders. He conducts senior executive searches cross-functionally for insurance, financial services and private equity funds and portfolio companies.

Emani joined Russell Reynolds from Ernst & Young (EY), where he was a senior manager in the people advisory services practice leading client engagements focused on organizational and people strategy. Emani’s nearly 10 years of management consulting experience also includes roles at PwC and Aon, where he primarily worked with financial services clients. He also has experience working in the National Football League (NFL) in the coaching and player personnel departments.
