Frederik Albrechtsen

With more than 20 years of consulting and business development experience in the healthcare landscape, Frederik is a trusted client advisor, providing market-leading insight and tailored leadership solutions in his work identifying, recruiting, assessing and developing top executive talent.

Frederik joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Monqi, a software company he founded and led for three years. As CEO, he drove the creation of a unique solution, focused on providing a safe mobile space for young children and promoting digital wellness for young users. Previously, Frederik spent close to six years as a partner at management consulting firm a-connect. During his tenure, he served clients across the healthcare industry, working in both London and Dubai. Frederik began his career at McKinsey & Co., before working at Novo Nordisk as head of corporate strategy.
