Grace Cheng

As Non-Executive Chairman of Greater China, Grace Cheng leverages her deep subject matter expertise and market insights to help our clients achieve their leadership ambitions. Her accumulated knowledge over the years provides strategic counsel to solve their most pressing leadership challenges.

Prior to this appointment, Grace was a Managing Director and Consultant with the firm for 18 years, splitting her time between Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. As a key member of the firm’s Financial Service sector and CEO & Board Practice, she regularly advised clients on senior-level assignments, including board consulting projects, CEO succession planning, and senior executive search assignments.

During her tenure at the firm, she was a member of the Extended Leadership Team (ELT) heading the China office, as well as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Nomination Committee. Grace also served on the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) Board and its APAC Council as Chairman.
