Based in Amsterdam, she brings over a decade of experience in executive search and leadership advisory. Hasti has a deep understanding of the crossover between the marketing, sales, and digital functions across industries. She specializes in finding best-in-class leaders who will increase market share and activate customer bases.
Previously, Hasti led the consumer practice at an international boutique firm, where she focused mainly on cross-border executive search. Before that, she spent eight years in the consumer and digital practices of another global executive search firm. In that role, she was primarily responsible for advising and identifying leaders for global FMCG, fashion, and luxury firms.
