Jennifer Flock

Jennifer leads the DE&I capability in Europe at Russell Reynolds Associates and is based in Paris. She has more than two decades of experience enhancing performance, growth, and innovation in global Fortune 500 companies. She’s designed and led complex, large-scale transformation initiatives linked to globalization, demographic changes, future of work, sustainability, post-merger integration, shifting business models, and innovative technologies.  

Jennifer brings a global perspective, having worked with clients across numerous industries, including professional services, consumer, energy, transportation, health care, industrial, financial services, technology, and mining.  

Jennifer joined us from another leading search firm where she co-led their DE&I practice for four years. Earlier in her career, she served as an executive committee member of the global travel management division of TUI, responsible for transformation and strategic business planning. She started her career as a strategy consultant at Deloitte.
