Kathy Vuturo

Kathy Vuturo specializes in advising healthcare clients on their talent and leadership needs. Based in Chicago, Kathy has established herself as a trusted client advisor, partnering with leadership teams to recruit and develop executive-level talent and build lasting, strategic management solutions. Kathy works across the healthcare spectrum, partnering with academic medical centers, health systems and other healthcare services clients.

Kathy brings direct healthcare experience to her role. She was part of the leadership team at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, rising to the title of VP of Planning & Strategy. There she led institutional strategic planning, and land use and facility plan, among other initiatives. Kathy began her career as part of Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations Practice, where she advised community health system and academic medical center clients.
