Kevin Harris

Based in Shanghai, Kevin is a supply chain expert with experience in the industrial, technology, and consumer industries. He is a Fellow of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Haslam College of Business, which offers the US’ top-ranked MBA supply chain management program. Kevin also has executive leadership experience in technology, electronics, and automotive.

Kevin specializes in high-growth markets, especially China and Asia Pacific. He is an expert in recruiting C-level executives, providing clients with tailored solutions to address their most pressing leadership and talent challenges.

Kevin developed his corporate executive career at TE Connectivity, where he was the firm’s VP of global supply chain, overseeing $8 billion of spend. He also led the company’s consumer industrial solutions operations in the Asia Pacific region, providing oversight of 13 facilities and more than 22,000 employees.

Kevin also served as Operations Director for Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Middle East at Haworth, with a focus on developing South Africa, China, India, and Brazil. He also set up manufacturing operations in India.

He began his career with IBM, where he spent 10 years in engineering and US sales and marketing. He also led engineering and manufacturing functions for Japanese automaker Calsonic in North America.
