Michele Celada

Michele Celada provides deep business understanding and market insights to both regional and international companies in the industrial, energy & utilities, automotive and transport sectors.  Based in Milan, Michele’s advisory work covers the entire business flow, including supply chain, R&D and engineering, manufacturing and processing, logistics, marketing and sales, and after sales. It also crosses relevant supporting functions, such as human resources, finance and administration, IT, strategy, legal and audit. 

Michele is also heavily involved in executive assessments, leadership transformations and succession plans. He is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and company culture.  Michele previously worked for Bain & Company, where he was responsible for leading strategy projects for companies of all sizes around the globe, particularly in industrial and consumer goods. He also served as a product manager for Candy Domestic Appliances and an auditor for PwC. Michele holds a degree in economics from the University of Pavia and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, both in Italy.
