Based in Milan, Michelle focuses on executive search and assessment assignments for companies in the consumer goods, retail, fashion and healthcare sectors. She is a member of the Digital & Media Practice, helping companies find leaders who can support them in their digital evolution. She is also a Sustainability Champion for the Consumer sector.
Michelle worked at The Boston Consulting Group before joining Russell Reynolds Associates. There she was a project leader, responsible for strategy assignment in the consumer goods and healthcare industries. Before that, Michelle audited companies belonging to multinational groups for PwC.
Michelle received her degree in business and economics from the University of Venice, and her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She is fluent in English and Italian.
