Morgan is a trusted advisor, leveraging more than a decade of experience in strategic planning, market intelligence and executive search.

Morgan joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Citadel, where she worked as Chief Administrative Officer in the Office of the Founder & CEO. She is well-versed in senior-level leadership and comprehensive talent needs, having previously operated as an Associate with a leading global executive search firm in New York and Chicago. Morgan began her career at Harris Corporation in Washington, DC, where she focused on public affairs and market development.
